George E. Thomsen was born in Baltimore in
1930. He received a B.A and a J.D. from Harvard
University in Cambridge,
Massachusetts, and was admitted to the
Maryland
bar in 1957. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the American College of
Trust and Estate Counsel. Active in the community, George is a trustee of Gilman School,
Goucher
College and St.
Mary's School Seminary and University. He has taught estate planning
and lectured on a wide variety of topics for the Maryland State Bar
Association and other organizations for many years.

Robin McDaniel Hough was born in Silver Spring, Maryland in 1966. She received a
B.A. from The University of Maryland in College
Park, Maryland and a J.D.
from Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, Illinois. Admitted to practice in Maryland in
1994, Robin is a member of the Estates and Trusts Law Section and the
Taxation Section of the Maryland Bar Association and is a member of the
American Bar Association's sections on Taxation and Real Property,
Probate and Trust Law. She is also a Trustee of the Chesapeake
