BIS published a final rule amending the EAR to implement the Wassenaar List revisions that were agreed upon in the December 2009 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Meeting. Several entries on the Commerce Control List (CCL) and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) have been amended.
